Al Arab Caters started in 2011 with a single mandi pot and a wedding order for eighty guests in Nagercoil. What set it apart wasn't ambition — it was a refusal to cut corners on the smoke, the spice grind, or the time a dish needed to come together properly.
Word spread through families before it spread through marketing. Fifteen years on, the kitchen has grown from one pot to a full production unit serving thousands of guests a month across Nagercoil and Kanyakumari district, but the standard hasn't moved: every dish leaves the kitchen the way it would for our own family's table.
We never set out to be the biggest caterer in Nagercoil — only the one families trusted enough to hand their wedding day to. Everything else followed from that one decision.
